How soon will my order be dispatched after ordering?

We aim to send all of our orders within 3 working days but please let us know if you need your order sooner as we will always do our best to help.

Do you hand-write your cards or are they printed?

We take great pride in the fact that all our cards are written by hand just for you. This means that your card is unique and specially made to order.

Can you write inside the card and send it directly to the recipient rather than to me?

Yes! No problem at all. Just add a message with what you would like written inside and ensure you have entered the delivery address where requested.

Are your cards suitable for children under 3 years old?

No. Due to small parts we do not recommend our cards for under 3 year old's. They are not a toy.
